Any refund, credit, or reimbursement for an airline ticket is determined by the operating airline's fare rules and policies, not by Airlines Support or GrowMedia LLC. Our agents will explain the refund or credit options that apply to your specific fare before you authorize a booking, change, or cancellation, but the airline is ultimately responsible for issuing any refund or travel credit tied to the ticket itself.

Our service fee

If a service fee was charged for booking, change, or cancellation assistance, that fee covers the agent support provided during your call and is separate from the airline fare. Requests to review a service fee should be sent to support@aairlines.online or made by calling (833) 372-3368, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Before you authorize a transaction

Our agents will always confirm the fare, any applicable fees, and the relevant refund or credit terms with you verbally before completing a booking, change, or cancellation. We encourage you to ask questions and confirm you understand the terms before saying yes.

Disputed charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible at support@aairlines.online or (833) 372-3368 so we can look into it. Please have your confirmation number and the date of your call ready.
